Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd class in the UK and Royal Mail Standard International for outside of the UK.
Orders are usually dispatched within a week and may take up to a week to arrive from the dispatch day (UK) or up to three weeks (international). If you need an order sooner, please contact using the form below and I’ll do my best to accommodate. I work full-time so please forgive me if I can’t reply straight away.
Refunds, returns and Cancellations
Any non-sale item can be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are unhappy with your item or your item is damaged. Please use the contact form below and quote your order number. Return postage is paid by you, the customer, unless the item you have received is faulty.
